The Continues Expansion of Kenyan Private Sector in November 2024

The Kenyan private sector demonstrated sustained growth in November 2024, according to the latest Stanbic Bank Kenya Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI). The PMI climbed to 50.9 from 50.4 in October, signaling further expansion in business activity. This growth is derived from higher sale value, rising purchasing activity and employment growth with some challenges like the input cost increases rapidly, Inflationary Pressures and the weakening business sentiments.
