Storms make for a soggy Thursday morning commute

The most intense downpours and thunderstorms will be in southeastern Wisconsin between 2am and 8am on Thursday morning bringing a half an inch up to an inch of rain with the highest totals in the northwest.  Thursday will then be warm and muggy with the sunshine returning by the afternoon with an increasing southerly wind to boost temps into the lower 80s.
