Livingston County Judge Brennan going to full JTC hearing October 1

Livingston County Judge Theresa Brennan and her attorney came to court with motions to limit the evidence to come in against her and to get the process stopped, calling it Unconstitutional.   But the Judge/Master presiding over this, retired Wayne County Circuit Judge William Giovan, denied the motions and said any recommendation he makes is not final.
