Retired U.S. Army Special Forces Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown, a Tampa resident, remains incarcerated despite President Donald Trump’s recent pardons related to the January 6 Capitol attack. Brown was sentenced to seven years in prison on federal weapons charges after authorities discovered unregistered firearms, fragmentation grenades, and a classified military document at his Florida property during a search connected to the January 6 investigations.

As of now, Brown has been transferred from a Washington, D.C., jail to the Grayson County Detention Center in Kentucky. The reasons for this transfer have not been publicly disclosed.
