- 2 tbsp **soy sauce**
- 1 tbsp **oyster sauce**
- 1 tbsp **vinegar**
- 1 tsp **red chili sauce**
- ½ tsp **black pepper**
- ½ tsp **white pepper**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- 1 tsp **sesame oil (optional, for aroma)**
- ½ tsp **sugar**

### **Instructions:**
1️⃣ **Boil the Noodles:**
- Boil noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss with **1 tsp oil** to prevent sticking. Set aside.
2️⃣ **Prepare the Chicken:**
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornflour, black pepper, salt, and ginger-garlic paste for **15 minutes**.
- Heat **1 tbsp oil** in a pan and stir-fry the chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
3️⃣ **Stir-Fry the Vegetables:**
- In the same pan, add **1 tbsp oil** and stir-fry carrots, cabbage, and capsicum for **2 minutes** (keep them crunchy).
4️⃣ **Mix Everything Together:**
- Add cooked chicken and boiled noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, black pepper, white pepper, salt, and sugar. Toss everything well.
- Add spring onions and sesame oil, mix, and cook for another minute.
