On December 13th, 2021, police officers were dispatched to a local lounge to handle a repeat trespasser. Upon arrival, they faced resistance from the suspect, who refused to cooperate.

On May 7th, 2018, the Grand Rapids Police Department received a call for help from a Speedway gas station. Staff reported a male customer who was causing a disturbance and refused to leave.

On March 9th, 2023, Sarasota Police responded to a call about a woman refusing to leave a convenience store. The officers tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but things escalated when she became uncooperative.
