Shining Force 1 chapter 5

Whew! Had quite a scare just before I made this recording.
My PC, for some reason, blocked my quicksave data for this game.
I truly question WHAT DID THEY PUT in their Microsoft's updates...

Anyway, issue resolved, back to the business at hand as usual.
You can tell from the amount of money I have amassed that I did A LOT of grinding before I made this recording, I spent a LONG time building up my force's levels and promote them into a better class for better stat growth.

Still had the same problem with leveling up without any stat increase sometimes though, but that is what the quicksave function is for.

Flying units are VERY USEFUL in this game. Domingo being the most broken of them all, high HP and MP, a spell caster with decent melee attack damage and can traverse almost ANYWHERE on the map.

Hm? My stat boosting items? I'm saving them for the final chapter. Notice that I never really needed the healing items since that I'm playing this old game today, I have already learned that I should NOT leave any party members isolated or split them up beyond the reach of my healers. I now keep 2 for each battle and swap them from time to time to level up the weaker ones.
