Fitness Friday Rolls On With Phase Two

Here is the first day of another new training cycle. This is Phase Two of Triphasic and you'll be able to see the difference in next week's video. Today's workout includes a little bit of grip training (full crimp pull ups on 20mm edge) to go along with back and shoulder work. I don't change all exercises in different cycles. After all, if something is working, why change it?
