D.C. Plane Crash! This past Wednesday night, around 9pm eastern time, American Eagle Flight No. 5342, which is a regional flight, operated by PSA Airlines, which happens to be a subsidiary of American Airlines - collided with an Army Black Hawk helicopter, carrying 3 soldiers, near Reagan National Airport in Washington DC.
The helicopter, which was on a training flight from Fort Belvoir in Virginia –
and the regional PSA flight, from Kansas, which was carrying 64 people, including the crew, flew directly into each other and exploded in mid air.
Was DEI a factor in this accident?
