QUANG NGAI, Vietnam (August 19, 2024) — The expeditionary fast transport ship USNS City of Bismarck (T-EPF 9) arrives in Quang Ngai, Vietnam, for a mission stop as part of Pacific Partnership 2024-2 (PP24-2) on August 19, 2024. The Pacific Partnership series, now in its twentieth edition, is the largest yearly international humanitarian assistance and disaster relief readiness operation in the Indo-Pacific. Pacific Partnership collaborates with host and partner governments to improve regional interoperability and disaster response capabilities, strengthen regional security and stability, and develop new and long-term friendships in the Indo-Pacific.
