Recovery Workout: Simple yet Sinister 007

Simple but Sinister Workout 007
Warmup (please consult my YouTube channel @TheMasterphil)
Sets: 3-5 (today I did 4) Do however many you like.

Turkish Get-ups: 1 rep each side
Hand to Hand Swings: 10 each side
Bottoms-up Squats:10 reps
Neuro Grip Push-ups: 20 reps
Single Bell Rows: 8 reps each side
Ab Wheel: 5 reps
