How to Upgrade a Modded PSP to ARK-4 CFW

This tutorial covers how to upgrade a previously modified PSP's installation of Custom Firmware (CFW) to the latest ARK-4 CFW Full Flash Installation! The process here involves cleanly installing the official 6.61 firmware update using Chronoswitch Downgrader and then remodifying the PSP with the latest ARK-4 CFW.
