The Emergence of Deadly White Blood Clots after Covid - Tom Haviland Shares his Insights

Cornelia talks with retired Air Force Major Thomas Haviland to discuss his findings about the alarming rise of unusual white blood clots.

These clots are discovered in corpses by embalmers but are also pulled out of live patients by vascular surgeons. They are not at all like traditional blood clots: they are white, tough, rubbery, and contain unusual metals.

Embalmers first started pulling these rubbery white clots out of corpses in the year 2020. In 2021, the number of the white clots that they discovered during the embalming process increased dramatically and has stayed high since then.

Another concerning development that Tom highlights in this interview is the dramatic increase in microclotting observed by embalmers since the Covid-19 pandemic and in particular since the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines. And, just like the white blood clots, microclotting has not decreased to pre-pandemic levels.

Alarmed by these developments, Tom conducted a first quantitative survey in 2022, asking embalmers whether they had discovered white blood clots and microclots, and if so, how often and in which age groups. Haviland's background in mathematics and data analysis helped him design effective surveys to gather unbiased information.

He then conducted a follow-up survey in 2023 and a third one in December of 2024.

In the interview, Tom also talks about two vascular surgeons who contacted him in 2024 but who want to remain anonymous: they started pulling the strange white clots out of their live patients starting in 2020 and 2021. He then tried to run a survey among vascular surgeons to gather more insights into how widespread white blood clots are among the population. However, not one completed survey response was returned to him. He asked the SVS ("Society for Vascular Surgery") to forward his survey to its over 6,000 members but they declined to do so.

That’s why he decided to run a survey asking anyone in the world whether they themselves or a family member had experienced blood clot issues over the last years since 2020. Until today, about 1,400 people filled out the survey and almost all of them added comments describing what happened to them or to people they know.
