How to make Delectable Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
Cookies:
15.25 oz Strawberry Cake Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese, soft
1/2 cup Butter, soft
1 Egg, roomtemp
1 tsp Vanilla
Icing:
1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
2 - 2 1/2 tbsp Milk

Rainbow Sugar Pearl's

Cream the Cream Cheese.
Add Butter, mix until smooth.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Incorporate Cake Mix.
Cover with Plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350° F.
Drop small spoonful of Dough equally (2") apart on Baking Sheet.
Bake 8-10 Minutes.
(Repeat with rest of Dough, makes approx. 28 Cookies)
Cool on Sheet for 2 Minutes.
Transfer to Wire Rack and cool completely.
Combine Powdered Sugar and Milk, whisk until smooth.
(Tip: Place Icing in small plastic bag and cut off a very small corner)
Drizzle Icing over Cookies and sprinkle with Rainbow Sugar Pearl's.
Let the Icing set.
