Is Meridian Library the Belly of the Beast?

It is outrageous that I have to go through an 18 page packet in order to challenge a book at the Meridian Library. It seems to me that the form is set up to deter parents from challenging books at all. It is filled with questions that are outside of the scope of the law that was provided for us last year and completely irrelevant.

I also find it outrageous that we are paying for the Queer Straight Alliance at our Library. The funding of this should be in question and halted.

I don't want to have to run for the Library Board in order to clean up this mess and protect our kids but I will.
