7D2D Awwesome Early Game POI!

In 7 Days to Die if you come across Spider Bright City Park I recommend you stop and check it out. Snakes, zombies, vultures and GOOD LOOT. I'm playing on PC. There are about 65 chairs you can scrap for wood. Three snakes came after me so that's good meat. A vulture for the feathers, several food stacks, lots of flowers for red tea, a few bags and crates to loot. GOOD Stuff, especially on your first few days. I'm not sure if this is a vanilla POI or it came with the Pep POI Expansion pack from nexusmods.com though. Mods I also use are PGz Boosted Cities, PGz Massive Cities, Danzo loot bag increase timer, GNS Beautiful Bases, Better vehicle upgrades, Greybeards pickables and Greybeards wrenchables, Bdubs vehicles, Better vehicle upgrades and the izy gun packs!
For this map on advanced generation I went 0 on the lakes, rivers, cracks, craters. Many on towns, default on wilderness POIs, and then 0 on hills and mountains. Phys1csGamez has a few "how to" videos on making map changes.
