Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1 and 1/2 cups of coconut milk
2 tbsp of miso paste
15oz canned butter beans
Scallions of garnish

Directions
1. Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat.

2. Mince garlic and dice shallots. Add to frying pan and saute for 5 minutes, or until they begin to brown.

3. Add in coconut milk and miso paste. Mix well and simmer coconut milk for 10 minutes, or until it begins to thicken.

4. Add in butter beans and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.

5. When ready to serve, portion into a bowl and top with dice scallions. Serve with your favorite bread and enjoy!
