Kennedy, Jr. during his confirmation hearings for head of the Dept of Health and Human Services. While those fiery exchanges provided entertainment and some illumination to understand the venal attitudes of the Senators, and they offered a bit of substance on current issues, they all missed larger matters surrounding the HHS, FDA, CDC, Medicare, Medicaid, and the very flawed idea that there is a "right" to health care.
