In an exclusive video given to a Palestinian outlet, it was a CCTV camera within just a few meters of when a child was shot by an IDF sniper, the child then continued to cry for his mother and other incomprehensible statements for most of the two minutes before passing out, due to the shock and blood loss, he was carried off at the end of it by concerned Palestinian citizens.

The IDF sniper clearly took a look at the child, and then proceeded to wait for the child to run away before shooting him in the back, the subject in question obviously held nothing to be considered suspicious, and it is very unlikely that an IDF sniper could mistake a small child to be a valid combatant within normal rules of engagement.
