This is 10 quarts of Pork Green Chili.

5lbs Organic Pork Tenderloin
2 large White Organic onions
4 tablespoons of Pasture raised Bacon Grease (🤦‍♂️🤣).

Browned together..

Add 12 Tablespoons Organic Flour. Mix to Absorb fluids..

Add 4 cups of Tomatillos chopped to 1/4 inch cubes. Place another 4 cups of Tomatillos in a blender and Puree with 16 Oz of Organic Chicken Broth..

Add 32 Oz of Fire Roasted Green Chili's (Hatch or Anaheim) to the Blender. Puree with 16 Oz of Organic Chicken Broth..

Add an Entire head of Cleaned Garlic (or a Couple of Tablespoons)..

Add Cumin and Chili Powder to taste..

ADD CHOPPED WHOLE JALAPEÑOS to Taste.. Seeds included! 🤣👍

Cook on Low 5-6 hours.

This stuff is Fantastic with Cheese and Sour Cream. Poured over a Burrito, or Eaten with Chips..

If you don't like Spicy? Substitute with Mild JALAPEÑOS!..
