GT County Commissioners case assigned to Benzie County

The criminal investigation into a Grand Traverse County commissioner will be prosecuted in Benzie County. Rob Hentschel is being investigated by Michigan State Police over allegations he sexually assaulted a woman in October. The Grand Traverse County prosecutor forwarded the case to the Michigan Attorney General's Office in November to avoid a conflict of interest.
