Will J6ers Ever Get Their Day in Court?

Will the truth about January 6th ever be heard in a meaningful way?

Many J6 defendants were vilified in public, denied fair trials, and called names in front of their families. But will they ever get a real opportunity to tell their side of the story—one that actually makes it onto the legal record?

David Clements believes the answer lies in two key strategies:

1️⃣ Federal Funding Leverage – With Trump placing a hold on federal grants, there's potential to audit state-level prosecutions. This could expose misconduct, forcing states to reconsider politically motivated cases.

2️⃣ Internal Investigations & Accountability – A proper forensic audit of DOJ practices could uncover records tampering, destroyed evidence, and prosecutorial misconduct. If an honest inspector general leads the charge, the findings could lead to congressional testimony—and real consequences.

“Truth needs a platform. J6ers deserve their voices to be heard—not just in alternative media, but where it matters legally.”

What do you think? Will these efforts make a difference, or will the system continue to protect itself?
