Foreign nationals, World Bank staff evacuated from Congo's Goma

Hundreds of foreign nationals, including World Bank staff, crossed into Rwanda from Goma on Wednesday (January 29) as Rwandan-backed M23 rebels consolidated control over eastern Congo's largest city.
