Warhammer Online: Return of Reckoning Black Orc Build? (level 39/RR 33)

This character was used for mostly PvE leveling and has some catching up to do in regard to his renown rank, but it doesn't stop him from being an absolute dick head in scenario play. I have built him around one AoE ability that can cause distress among healers with the right positioning, but you also have to be able to stay up long enough to be a dick head, so I prioritize wounds over all stats for now. Is anyone really reading this? I'm just typing out a bunch of gibberish at this point so it looks like I may have written something that could be considered semi-intelligent but is really nothing more than just a run on sentence that has turned into a run on paragraph.
