Rise to the Occasion with Healthy French Bread Overnight!

In a food processor

1 pound unbleached flour
1t dry yeast
1-1/2 t salt
10 oz bottled water (cold)

Put dry ingredients in food processor add water slowly. Once dough comes together dump it out and kneed once. Add to Zip lock back and let kids help "kneed" in the bag.

Let rise until bag is filled up with dough. Form loaf and refrigerate overnight. Spritz with water and bake 450 degrees for 40 minutes until internal temperature 210 degrees.
