Body of Missing Virginia Beach Boy Recovered After Ransom Requests

Three days after a 12-year-old Hispanic boy went missing in Virginia Beach, his body was found in nearby water. Virginia Beach Police Department, which vowed to leave no stone unturned in the search, has launched an investigation.
