"Article II of the U.S. Constitution establishes the Executive Branch of the federal government. It outlines the powers and responsibilities of the President, including the authority to enforce laws and to appoint agents for law enforcement. The President is also granted distinct authority over foreign affairs and the power to negotiate treaties, which must be ratified with the advice and consent of two-thirds of the Senate. Additionally, Article II sets eligibility requirements for the office of President, stipulating that the candidate must be a natural-born citizen, at least 35 years old, and a resident of the United States for at least 14 years."
