In this episode of The Source, our senior editor Zain Raza interviews Lawrence Wilkerson, a retired Army colonel and former chief of staff to former Secretary of State Colin Powell, about an alleged peace plan by U.S. President Trump, reported by Newsweek, citing a Ukrainian media outlet called Strana, that lays out the details and parameters for ending the war between Russia and Ukraine. In addition, we discuss the agenda of President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu behind the recent ceasefire agreement in Gaza in light of Israel's “Iron Wall” military operation in the West Bank, the U.S. decision to lift sanctions on violent Israeli settlers in the West Bank, and the delivery of 2000-pound bombs to Israel.
