Best way to get collagen. And it's the only type that our bodies can actually benefit from: bone broth.
You can use any type of bones and enjoy the gellatin refrigerated or you can heat it up and drink it like tea. Personally we enjoy it chilled and in gelatin-form in warmer months and heated up as a cup of brothy soup in the colder winter months.
You can add veggies, rock or sea salt and spices for additional flavoring. Keep it always refrigerated so it lasts longer, but consume it within a few days to a week, because it spoils after that.
Be careful to handle it very sterile, to make it last longer.
Collagen is incredibly important for our bones, skin, hair, nails and general health. So we highly recommend daily consumption for optimum health (especially as we age).
