UK National Council Tax Fraud

Give the lady at Stevenage Magistrate's Court a clap for dropping a few hints here. This is massive fraud by ALL Councils, Liability Orders ceased to exist in 2003, but the fraud is evident in more than that one fact as many people already know. The Magistrate's CCourts however are 100% aiding and abetting in that fraud, would the Magistrate's Court rent me a room to do fraudulent business? I think not. The Police are also 100% aiding and abetting if they even go near this fraud, but then the Police are 100% commiting fraud the second they put their uniform on as the go about their day deceiving every living man, woman, and child to joinder to their corporate entity. The Councils are acting as both plaintiff and judge, and everyone involved will be 100% guilty of malfeasance of public office. Council Tax only applies to Dwellings and in their own Legislation, the definition of "Dwelling" is a commercial premises, which is why Council Tax rates are classed as "Non-Domestic Tarrifs". These criminals in Councils, and indeed Courts, and Police have been told countless times so in any following tribunals they cannot plead ignorance.
