Pecu Novus Notification Reminder

This is a Reminder notice for all Pecu Novus stakeholders.

On January 14, 2025 a major security upgrade took place for all Pecu wallets. Which immediately impacted hot wallets, for cold wallets the impact will be realized the next time the wallet goes live.

As notified in 2023, all Pecu wallets have security phrases to download from a web browser from your keys area. This allows you to easily access your wallet in the event that a password is lost or security breach, so that you may reset your password.

The security upgrade may have forced some Pecu wallets to reset their password, in that case the security phrase that you downloaded would be required to reset your password.

If you have not downloaded your security phrase from your Pecu wallet as directed some time ago and your password was reset, understand that we cannot assist with password recovery. This is solely in the hands of the Pecu wallet holder and only they have access to the security phrase downloaded.

So please be mindful of downloading your credentials and saving them somewhere safe!
