I made a famous street food in Korea, corn dogs.
(In Korea, it is called a hot dog.)
There are a lot of different toppings, so I made three.
It's really crispy and really tasty.
It's not difficult to make, so make it with your family.

✤ Dough Ingredients
150g Bread flour (can be use plain flour)
50g Rice flour (you can substitute plain flour)
30g Sugar
4g Salt
4g Instant dry yeast
1(50g) Room temperature egg
100ml Warm water

✤ Ingredients
3 Sausages (12cm)
Mozzarella cheese
5wooden skewers

✤ Toppings
Bread crubms
1 potato (145g) + 1tbsp cornstarch (2 toppings)
Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings)
Sugar
ketchup
Mustard

✤ TIP
If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg.
If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time.
For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour.
Change the cold water once in the middle.
