The key to weight loss might literally be at your fingertips. Research presented at the Obesity Society Annual Meeting suggests that tapping your forehead for 30 seconds can reduce food cravings. This study was led by Richard Weil, M.Ed., director of the weight loss program at the New York Obesity Nutrition Research Center.
