Finally got around to roasting those Chicken Breast's and making some easy pesto sauce to go with it. Fresh Basil was not available for me here this time of year and I haven't got around to growing my own inside just yet. Closest thing I could find is this pre-chopped partially dried in plastic. It turned out good, but so looking forward to the fresh home grown herbs again. The food processor sure makes it fast and easy, but just as good regardless of how you make it. I love pine nuts and garlic!
