There has been a new security breach and we have an entirely new focus.

The woman who masturbated me needs to be executed.

They knew that if they could violate me in this way, they could find other people who just can't keep their hands off of other people's genitals to find ways to molest physically with technology.

If this woman is found, she needs to be executed. Otherwise there will be others all over the universe working to develop such technology. Such people like to meddle with the wealthy or influential people so they can gain wealth or money, get away with crime, and gain influence.

This woman is not mentally ill. She knew what she was doing was wrong. There are some people who will do something they know is really wrong if just a lot of people will be nice to her and urge her to do it. They will say things like, he wants you to do it subconsciously or

I reported to a sort of intern in a light blue uniform. Not really reported, but asked him where he drew the line on sexual molestation. Did he think that masturbating someone in his sleep was molestation. Would he draw the line there?

I could tell this guy knew they were using all kinds of incredible and unknown technology on me and that he knew they were all very interested in seeing if they could get me to have sexual intercourse with someone by his reaction. He looked shocked and the look I saw on his face, I could tell he was going to speak to someone about it right away. I am sure he knew I was looking for someone to help me against molesters and also that he wanted to be supportive of me and know for myself that this kind of thing was wrong.

He must have also known that many people felt I was in the hospital so that they could help me with my sexual hangups. I could tell he intended to talk to someone and say that he disapproved. He and certain people that were good guys working in equipment rooms that approved of him being there to be a person to report my suspicions to have mysteriously disappeared.

Eric and Hayley had bad consciences because of things they did that they didn't know were wrong that they figured out were wrong when they were being tortured. The torturers took advantage of their mistake for a time to make them feel they were being tortured for their misdeeds, but they didn't die with bad consciences. The ones that did this to them will go to hell and they know it. Both Eric and Hayley were like innocent children.

Even if this woman was mentally ill, she needs to be executed. I can forgive her but she still needs to be executed to know what she has done is wrong and also make an example of her.

If this is not taken care of, all the types of people that like to play with people's gentials either by hand or using some kind of technology will be working to break through our technology. They will think, she got away with it.

There are still many laws on the books where a rapist can be executed. All the people involved: those talking her into it, those who knew this could happen, those who came up with the idea, those in equipment room, those who knew this kind of thing had been done in the past, those who knew about it and said nothing--since then and presently--, those that could have told the police and did not.

In fact I would like to see all the people who were working to molest me executed. It would send out a message to the mentally ill as well. The more conspirators, the more serious the crime.

In fact all those who have been observing me in Valleywise or working in the building should be questioned if they know about it.

The more conspirators in this type of crime, the more serious it is. If there is not a grand conspiracy to rape law one should be made up. They haven't really had a trial until I have been allowed to testify against them. Due process has not yet been served. Or if there is already enough evidence, the sooner the better. This will also work to put an end to all the crime since it will send a message to the mentally ill that they can't get away with it either. Many of them probabably believe that it is okay to molest someone if there are a lot of people with government positions involved in the molestation.

A terrific manhunt should be performed for the woman who handled my penis. Imagine how they would delight in showing her off to prospective engineers working to break through our defences. "This woman got away with masturbating Robert Andrew Cull to sexual orgasm."

Our best technology should be used to see that she is not one of their very best robots. Some of them look like they are afraid of dying and even decompose after it appears you have killed them.

These Filipino nurses have that kind of attitude. The attitude that if you are molesting someone who is in a really powerful position, you are going to get away with it. They will go to hell. I am for public executions. Not the live audience type where people like to put them to shame. Just the televised type where things are done peacefully and pitiable atmosphere is maintained by the broadcast. One may be inwardly pleased that justice is served, but show pity to the one punished. Did you see how cowardly Michael McNeal was and how valiant the police officers fought for him in spite of his cowardice.

There needs to be a monument built for the police involved in this. Do you think just after he was taken off-stage there could be policemen that would be involved in a conspiracy to assassinate McNeal and the talking heads and other media low-life's involved.

Do you think that the same people that picked out these valiant policemen could also choose police officers that would be involved in such a conspiracy?

Or would you think that the same kind of people who would stage a mass crowd attack upon my sister Mary Ellen, Tris or Kung Fu Bob would stage an attack upon McNeal and sleazy media types and their security? If they could get McNeal off-world for a broadcast, would our Phoenix technlogy be able to tell if they were putting McNeal in a virtual reality room and preparing him to be kidnapped, so other shiftless and foolish souls like him could see he got away with it and they could find more of them? Could our equipment be used at such a distance, or were our people keeping their word not to look for such things?

Were they training the talking heads simple holds and carefully organizing an attack? Wasn't that why they were killed? Wasn't it at that point that McNeal started to fight back? And isn't the situation such that everyone knows McNeal is a liar and phony repentant person? Don't we all know that he is a dog going after his own vomit twirling my sleeping blinders around? Wouldn't after such a show other shiftless McNeal types feel particularly encourage to take his kind of place at a new apartment building for me to live at?

And since I have to move out, isn't this the perfect time to find that kind of person? Wouldn't seeing him escape after seeing the crowd wants to kill him encourages others to take McNeal's role?

Isn't it also believable that these are the finest police in the universe and that they have exceptional fighting skills, that they were able to overcome this plot with the aid of concerned citizens that understood immediately upon observation that this was a plot to rescue McNeal? Of course it is.

What do these people think we are, some kind of idiots?

This justifies an investigation into the media by the very same police department that valiantly foiled the plot to kidnap McNeil. These people know how to sniff out a conspiracy and aren't afraid to give up their lives in a cause where the law has tied their hands so that they can't defend themselves even when the people they have sworn to protect are pushing them into a crowd of people that are trying to kill all of them.

The Phoenix police department has their own video of what went on onstage and as they were leaving the stage and building. It can be seen that when McNeal was onstage officers asked him to do things, like go in certain areas and stay there, or to help them fight against assailants. He promised to do so but did not.

They also have video of the fighting that went on off stage and when exiting the building and so forth. You can see McNeal fighting for himself and he is proficient at martial arts. He fights for himself and even kills Phoenix policemen.

You also see top media stars putting people in holds at remarkably effective times so that others can be killed, maimed or rendered ineffective.

It is time that these people be investigated by people who are known for being accountable and working within the rules and also being willing to fight for their very lives.

For the time that the universal body regulating and overseeing the media is being investigated the Phoenix police ought to be responsible for what is published by the media.

Obviously there is some kind of plot against the Phoenix police department and they need to have authority over the means of publication of the media and those regulating it.

God bless our faithful law enforcers. I hope that a universal holiday might be instited for these faithful law enforcement officers. On that day I hope we might display flags or banners saying, "Never Again." Let's hold the guilty parties accountable.

In many countries on Earth attendance to public executions are mandatory. They have them on TV. Even children have to watch them. They have very low rates of crime in those countries. I would have my children watch executions. When people see the consequences of other people's crimes and know the law, they are likelier to obey the law.

There are children that work in sex trafficking to molest other children and offer them up to others to molest. These children can simply be bad seeds. Honest children fear to betray these children especially because they can often exact revenge from within correctional institutions or they know they will be released some day when they get older. They know how to play the game and act like they are reformed, but they are just people that like to hurt others and take pleasure in it and they take advantage of adults that need the comfort of believing all children are good. There are people that are just plain bad.

When children who are born this way see children who are executed for child abuse, they will be less likely to abuse children even though they were born with an appetite to enjoy harming others. Also children will be less afraid to tell on these children because they know they can more safely do so.

There was a baby that was taught to walk out in front of me not too far from 39th and Dunlap yesterday or perhaps the day before. It was a blonde haired baby and was the only baby that had walked out alone near the sidewalk that day. This baby will lure unsuspecting people into picking them up and then after a traumatic beating witness that the man touched his penis and put his mouth on it when his family was gone. The family was within view. They waved to me. I thought they were put there to show support for me from the good guys.

They had fooled the good guys into thinking that they would show support for me in the local community. They live in Phoenix, but were in communication with other-worlders that also do this kind of thing and want to continue child prostitution and infant consumption and terrifically horrible things. These are the kind of babies that are born knowing they are going to hell and just want to have fun while they can.

These child welfare organizations that want to prove that all children are born perfect do more damage than anyone else. They need to be abolished. They are only formed in recent history and countries where they don't have these organizations like Iran experience much less of this kind of crime.

I think that the people of Iran generally think I am an idiot because I haven't figured this out yet. They are a people that are willing to look at the ugly side of human character and can tell you many stories of these types of bad seeds that will horrify you. But it's better for our children to be horrified than to live in a world where this kind of thing goes unpunished.

Promoting these types of child welfare organizations is one of the things they would teach the Rs to promote.

The woman across the street from me with the dogs that would not be friendly, four of them, even though she was being very friendly to me and explaining like she really wanted to help me by explaining definitvely that Mr Rockman had a history of violence is a worker in this type of ring and was very sexually attracted to me. She has been telling people that I am a real dummy.

The same thing that goes for parents and psychologists and doctors goes for organizations that take care of children. They don't know what they are getting into and have to be responsible for their actions. If they don't understand that children shouldn't be having sexual intercourse with others--babies can have babies--they shouldn't be working in the business. If they don't understand that children need to be punished for serious crimes and that execution is sometimes necessary or they don't understand the concept of a bad seed, they should not be employed in such a business or be adopting children.

The Bible recommends execution for a child that hits his parents. Some children need to be executed and held to the laws that adults are held to. Otherwise they may think they belong to some special class of people that can terrorize everybody with impunity. That's what that "cute" little baby is like. They have a lot of dirt on the people they have used that baby to molest. They will eventually blush with shame when put under harsh interrogation. Most all of them are guilty of execution so the locals who searched them out knew that all the people involved would lie and say he or she is a wonderful baby.

When you read this there will be people who will come forward that know of these people's guilt that have been keeping quiet. Some of them will be willing to accept incarceration and even execution in the hope of ending this kind of thing. You see these people that have shirts or things that say, "if you could read my mind, you would run screaming" or something like that. People are willing to die to end this kind of thing. They are afraid to talk. It is also possible for bad seeds to conceive a good seed. God bless you Martha. The other thing that many people want to believe is that all parents are good. I think that my companion and I after some talk would like to adopt you. Either way, I love you and consider you part of my family. Her parents conceived her to offer up to all the minor child molesters who they couldn't resist.

Debbie Dover abandoned Martha when she told her about her problems because her father wouldn't do anything about it or give her any guidance. Perhaps he knew about this feature of child prostitution rings and knew he could do nothing about it. He knew he would die of shame when he spoke so they just kept strangling him to near death over and over again so they tortured him until he denied it. He was also very religious and was pressured under more friendly and seemingly Christian circumstances to say as the Bible commands to kill those having sexual intercourse with animals and that they should be killed with extreme prejudice. These people could see in him a person that hung out with Christians because they like them but really knew he wasn't committed and could be tempted into having sexual intercourse with animals. As he did he he said he didn't care if he went to hell. It takes people who know they are going to hell to recognize this kind of person. I was wrong before. They knew he would not talk because he would die of shame.

People in this kind of thing want to overthrow the government because the government makes laws and sees that they are enforced.

The media is probably mostly responsible for this idiotic conception that all children are good and that all parents love their children. Whenever Martha would say that her parents weren't nice to her or that they betrayed her in some way, her parents would put on an act that even Martha would believe.

This is why Martha was not always nice. She was always disappointed in people.

When we come home from work we want to live in a fantasy world where every child is good and everyone's parent is good and reformable.

I saw something on TV not long ago that surveillists can look up on record. It was about this man that was living in Hollywood and getting saved and the conspiracies that the entertainment media has to undermine morals. At one point this man spoke of a woman that was talking about this subject. At one point in the conversation the woman blurted out that she worked as some type of specialist in the type of injuries that children get in their pelvises and that she knew there was all kinds of horrific (I mean it is the instinct of children to tell an adult when they are in trouble) anal penetrations they had endured.

The people in the entertainment media need to be interrogated for association and knowledge of this kind of crime. Guilty parties need to be executed. The bigger the conspiracy, the greater the crime it is. I mean if it is punishable to execute only one person for this kind of crime, to support such an organization or to fail to report it is an even greater crime.

If you know of such an organization I suggest you run to tell as much as you can. The sooner you tell the more likely you may escape prosecution. We are now at a tipping point where you can come forward and hope to escape prosecution and be safe. Pray or hope that a miracle will happen and that Martha's spirit will help you either visibly but most likely invisibly.

Martha is a person like Kung Fu Bob. She knows the counters for what these kinds of extortionists do and she can teach you everything she knows if she can tell you are valiant and can teach you everything she knows. I think she is at the head of all these people that can inspire you by the Holy Ghost. The difference with her is she is an angel or god now and doesn't get tired.

When I made up my mind to publish a certain video this morning. I felt a shudder among a certain influential policeman. Another popularity seeker most likely.

I want to make a public confession.

I have stopped doing my own personal family history work that I do in my own way. Sometimes it is meditating on the condition of my family members souls or reminding myself of birthdays and so forth. I have stopped my prayers, scripture study, not sacrament, I have been remembering that, and skipping Family Home Evenings.

After searching prayer I have come to the realization that it was because of my mental illness. I have heard that if you at least read one scripture from The Book of Mormon a day you will not be mentally ill. I take that sometimes as future tense and also believe it means that I will not be in spiritual chains or endangered because of my mental illness.

I have resolved that when things get hectic I will try to remember that my father is my guardian angel and accepts responsibility for me, that I pray at least silently listening for God this really helps quiet my mind, asking questions I get answers, then I get more excited and ask more questions and what I really need is peace of mind, so I often pray like Elijah to be still and know that He is God, and I also will make a point to at least read one scripture from The Book of Mormon.

So I remember that my earthly father loves me, to be still and know that there is a God and to read at least one scripture from The Book of Mormon or at least remember some scriptures if I can't find the peace of mind to read. One's home is supposed to be a refuge from the world and there are some places where the Spirit doesn't dwell. I remember I finally received revelation that because of all the marijuana in my mother's Rollinsville home I shouldn't go there, because I couldn't feel the Spirit. I think in fact I have been faithful in this regard.

When I make a big mistake, I take the sacrament and feel I can start all over again. But since I know I have been faithful, I realize I don't need to take it.

And the other thing is, you shouldn't count on the media, spies, creeps and stalkers to inform you if someone is living their religion or not. It's about being pure-in-heart and sincere and faithful to God and doing it the best that you can.

There are many of you policeman alive now that share the sentiments of Steven Reed. Do they really want to live in a universe, world or city like this in this mortal realm forever? It would give many of them comfort to die like these other martyr for law enforcement. it is that kind of person that we need leading the police media. They should know that if they die, someone else will rise up to take their place. It is a comfort to know that if they die, they will go into a better world knowing they have done all they can to enforce the law.

Steven has said that he would like to die rather than live in this world, but would he suffer being molested? I have been. I don't believe it has traumatized me in the least. Would Steven Reed be willing to risk being molested if I told him it would take him out of this world? He hasn't explained that all of my supposedly protected friends have been molested all over again although they all have been given access to him because it was judged that if he told them if I said my prayers, read my scriptures, took my sacrament, did my family home evening that I would be okay. Does he have faith in Christ that if he is molested he can be whole again? Is he willing to risk dying telling what he knows about my supposedly protected friends? Either way it is out of his hands.

I believe he and his friends will die in good conscience. The reason he did not tell about my friends is that he thought that I would want him to. I know this with all my heart. It is my fault that all my friends have been molested again because I was foolish enough to believe that the police could protect them. It was also more foolish of them to believe that the police could protect them. They knew more of the violence that has been going on in the world than I did. No one that I love or trust in this world is safe.

All my friends have gone to heaven and are safe. My friends will be safer dead than alive. They started out doing these things in good conscience even though it was a very foolish thing to do. I am not afraid to see anyone die anymore. It's a kill or be killed world now. I don't care if I am killed either. I don't think that is the Lord's will for me. It's all out of my hands.

In The Book of Mormon there is a story about the sons of Helaman. They were a group of Lamanites (ancestors of the modern Native Americans) who cared more about the freedom of their fathers than their own lives. I care more about the freedom of my father than my own life I am not afraid to ask them to care more about my freedom than their own lives. There's a principle here. That's how any dutiful citizen feels about law enforcement or going to war for one's country. This world is only worth living in for those that want to make it a better place. I've explained an important principle that can help people be at peace when they know they may have to fight to the death. It's my duty. I have gone through hell for my father.

I know that the police are allowed to tell selected people things about me. They have told some people that when I get free out of all the things I could have, I want a temple recommend. They have seen to it that no one can do the work for my ancestors. If you don't want to think about me, think about my father and his freedom and my father's father's freedom and their right to be baptized by proxy if they want to. If you don't want to think about my father and his fathers, think about your own fathers and how your father's father's would feel.

I feel my companion is in hiding. How would you feel about being sealed to me and my companion and our father's father's father's and mothers and so forth? I love you.

I don't know how many times Mr Rockman has been in the backyard in person. I have heard noises that were produced by tech and heard his dog barking many times by tech. You might want to check things in the backyard to see that everything is okay. When I came home the gate was unlocked. I can't remember leaving it open. Everything in my apartment appears to be undisturbed. I didn't notice anything unusual about the backyard area.
