In the News: The One-Hour Colombia Standoff

On January 26, 2025 Colombia refused to allow American planes containing Colombian citizens being returned to their homeland to land. President Trump immediately announced on social media a series measures, including tariffs that would immediately go into effect. Colombia threatened to impose tariffs of their own (yawn). Within an hour, Colombia capitulated and the event was concluded with President Trump posting a meme indicating "FAFO", which was used as part of this video's thumbnail. The Universe was asked for insights and information about the event, and what it might mean to future flights from America returning citizens to their home countries.
