Pac-Man World - Rail Clip Setup Explanation

This explanation probably has a lot more information than most people need, but I wanted to give some insight into how I found this, so that people could use the same ideas to look for other skips and setups.

I also used this as an experiment to get used to a lot of the functionality of a new video editing software I downloaded (DaVinci Resolve, and I am very happy with it btw). So I maybe made some editing choices that didn't necessarily serve the education, and more served me trying to get experience with a new thing.

I suspect that a better setup than this could eventually be found. This was just the setup I found after looking over a few days. I do hope people keep looking for things like this. I think this game actually has a lot of potential for setups like this one.
