Claude heads there but finds the package missing and discovers the Colombian Cartel took it to their construction site in Fort Staunton.

After fighting through Cartel ambushes, Claude reaches the top of the construction site, where he confronts Catalina and Miguel with the package. Catalina escapes with it after shooting Miguel, leaving him wounded. Asuka Kasen arrives, vowing revenge on the Cartel and taking Miguel for interrogation. Claude leaves the site and delivers the retrieved package to Donald Love.
