Aristarcus crater radio active blue gem

I was looking at aristarcus crater during a live stream when it started turning blue ...lasted for about hour .....this crater is known for transient luna phenomenon and has a radioactive gas ,radon theorised from decaying rocks high in uranium ...the blue light is theorised to be reflected/refracted sunlight hitting pyroclastic...melted beads of glass from meteorite strikes...but we should see this all over the moon ,shouldn't we?...Rabbit hole
