This week, I am pleased to welcome Steve Patterson to the Solari Report. Because of the public debates underway regarding Bitcoin, we are making this interview open to the public. We encourage you to spread widely!

With Roger Ver, Patterson co-authored Hijacking Bitcoin: The Hidden History of BTC, and as I noted in my recent review, it is the only book I have read that displays a full understanding of BTC’s original potential as well as its conversion into a vehicle that, in my opinion, is designed to serve as a “pump-and-dump” mechanism and tool to further the control grid.

Patterson is a philosopher and founder of the Natural Philosophy Institute as well as an author and podcast host. He has been following Bitcoin since 2011 and wrote What’s the Big Deal About Bitcoin? in 2014. In our conversation, we talk about:

Ver’s and Patterson’s motivation for writing Hijacking Bitcoin.
Some of the book’s highlights and crucial insights.
Possible BTC collateral fraud.
The “astroturf” campaign promoting mandated federal and state government (taxpayer) purchases of Bitcoin.
BTC in the context of the control grid.
We also discuss the U.S. government / Department of Justice targeting of Ver and how to support him.

As I wrote in my recent commentary about the proposed Bitcoin Strategic Reserve, I am deeply concerned that Mr. Global is planning the next and perhaps biggest-ever phase of the financial coup d’état. Even if you have steered clear of Bitcoin speculation, it is essential to understand that this “reverse Robin Hood” scheme would have major implications for everyone. We need all hands on deck to push back against these dangerous proposals.
