Fokker Triplane Takeoff - Flying Warbirds

Here is a replica Fokker Triplane, complete with a Le Rhone 9J rotary engine, taking off at Old Kingsbury Aerodrome in Texas. No original Fokker Triplanes survived World War II but fortunately plans for the plane were able to be pieced together. As with the original this one has no brakes and not steerable tailwheel (actually a skid in this case) so they have to takeoff and land directly into the wind.
