Welcome to your 30 min power yoga flow. This is a strong, dynamic and fast-paced practice for the whole body designed to help you cultivate strength with a powerful sequence of postures.

This practice includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to whenever you want a strong practice.

This style of yoga is definitely challenging but hopefully you can find what works for you and embrace the challenge with me.

The sequence includes a strong vinyasa flow with standing postures, standing balances, side plank balances, backbends and hip openers. It's designed to give you a little bit of everything in 30 minutes.
