Control- Self-Control. James, the brother of Jesus, is addressing the church and those of the Lost Sheep of Israel when tells them to be..."swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath" (James 1: 19-20). These are attributes of a child of God under Control. These are overcoming attributes for the Believer.
