Gentle Full Body Workout for Seniors (70+). Our exercises will do just that, they will make your body more active, healthy and younger. Together with me, do these simple exercises every day in the morning or at any time of the day, after sitting, lying down for a long time, or if your body moves little and is almost numb. Everything can be fixed. It is enough to just give your muscles and joints activity for 5-10 minutes every day. Allow your body to be mobile. After 70+ age human muscles, bones and joints are so poorly supplied with oxygen and necessary nutrients that they simply do not work and do not participate in everyday life, so it is necessary to give the body an appropriate load and thus maintain the activity of the entire skeleton.
