Dr Phil stunned as illegal migrant makes shocking admission while being detained by border czar Tom Homan

Dr. Phil was left stunned on Sunday as he joined Trump's Border Czar Tom Homan to detain an illegal who eventually admitted to being a sex offender.

The 74-year-old television host grilled the sex criminal shackled in handcuffs right on the street as agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement rounded up undocumented migrants in Chicago.

The man apprehended was a 'convicted sex offender and internet predator from Thailand,' Dr. Phil announced on social media. He included a video of the man's arrest, in which the migrant identifies himself as Seda Sam.

Sam claimed he had never been deported before, and stated that his mother is a citizen, when the television psychologist revealed he had been convicted of sex crimes involving children.

But when Dr. Phil asked Sam whether he had been charged for sex crimes, he simply replied: 'Not really.'

'Not really?!' a stunned Dr. Phil replied.

'I'm not a sinner, I'm gonna talk to my lawyer,' the migrant said in the video.

Homan then told his agents: 'Let's take him in, process him, and lock him up'

Raids were also conducted in Denver, Colorado; Austin, Texas; San Jose, California; Los Angeles, California; San Antonio, Texas; Miami, Florida; Detroit, Michigan, Omaha, Nebraska; Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia and New Jersey.
