David Sereda was introduced by his friend to Martyn Stubbs, who had recorded the full set of NASA transmissions unbeknownst to NASA. Later David and Nancy put together these DVD's. Although they are treasures, they weren't produced in high resolution and were later digitized in rather poor quality. Meanwhile tey want to steer the public away from asking real questions, such as, what are the security ramifications of these technologies (which they feel they must manage). And, "if gravity technologies exist, how does this relate to time travel"? And, "How does time travel relate to irregular warfare, terrorism, military secrets, etc., etc...." But we know this all leads to their purported necessity to collapse the cash and barter systems and bring us under a digital control grid.
