Burger for healthy eating, it exists🤪

Ingredients for the bun

• oatmeal - 3 tbsp
• eggs - 2 pcs
• soft cottage cheese - 3 tbsp
• herbs and spices to taste
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Sauce:

- Activia 3 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- salt pepper to taste.

For the filling:
- ketchup 1 tsp for greasing the bun
- iceberg lettuce
- red onion
- pickled cucumber
- tomato

Preparing the bun:
Mix everything, pour into a mold and microwave for 4-5 minutes, I did it in a slow cooker.

For the cutlet: minced the chicken breast, added salt, a little pepper, fried in a frying pan.

Assembled the burger.

It was very tasty for me, I will often make such a bun in the morning😋
