Headbutter Lettuce costs 175 Sun. (-25 Sun on levels 2, 5 and 8.)
Headbutter Lettuce will do 100 damage to a zombie in front of or behind it. (+35 damage per level.)
There is a 10% chance that Headbutter Lettuce will lob a pad of butter at said zombie. (+5% chance per level.)
This pad of butter will do 40 damage (+20 damage per level) and stun the zombie for eight (8) seconds (+0.5 seconds per level.)
When this buttering occurs, there is a chance it can lob up to three (3) pads of butter.

Commentary:
Someone crossed Bonk Choy with Kernel-Pult. Is Headbutter Lettuce Bonk Choy with a buttering trait?

Bottom Line:
While there are subtle differences between Bonk Choy and Headbutter Lettuce; including a Sun increase; one can reasonably replace Bonk Choy with Headbutter Lettuce and not suffer any loss in power.

So if you like Bonk Choy, you'll like Headbutter Lettuce. If you think Bonk Choy is too weak to be effective, you'll think Headbutter Lettuce is still too weak to be effective.
