Elderly Detroit woman says Lowe's roofing contractor is 'robbing' her

For Lorraine Moses, it’s a nightmare that never seems to end.  In May of last year, she hired Lowe’s in a 10K contract to install a new roof on her home and garage.  The work got underway, but soon after, she says, problems set in. She says workers installed material other than the plywood agreed to in the contract.  But it’s what happened during the installation, which made matters worse.
