Is this woman qualified to be a Bishop ?

This woman who is called a Bishop had the privilege of appearing in front of the President of the United States, and instead of congratulating him and encouraging him to do everything that God called you to do. She took this opportunity to be an advocate for the LGBTQ community and the illegal immigrants that crossed our borders illegally and came into this country.
She stands for the gay community and the little children that want to get transgender surgery which is ridiculous.
But the question is, is she really a Bishop ? In the eyes of God, is she qualified to be a Bishop ? Is God ok with her being a Bishop ?
